Roil energy’s crews work on multiple projects from single day shut-downs to complete plant “turn around” services. One of our latest jobs required us to repair a treater at one of the local oilfield chemical waste treatment plants. The job consisted of the de-pressuring, blinding, and the locking out of a treater vessel, according to procedure. Next, Roil Picker Services and Maintenance maintenance crews went to work performing a complete disassembly of the vessel, which involved the removal of exhaust stacks, burner assemblies, and treater tubes. A complete wash and inspection of the vessel was performed, including the replacement of each burner tube, a torqueing of the vessel’s treater tubes, the de-blinding and leak-testing of the assembly, and the recommissioning of the entire assembly. Roil Energy Services proudly completed this project in 2 days.
