Activity in the area has been on the rise and the projects that are kicking off were in need of extra space.
Usage
Modular Construction
- (3) 24’x60’ office units
- (6) Standalone wellsites (includes plumbing to lift stations/commission)
- (4) 12’x60’ Standalone office units (set/level/commission)
- (1) 12’x40’ Self contained lavatory (plumb fresh water supply and commission)
- Layout, fasten and install grip rolling on ~650’ of sidewalks.
- Site build 2 sets of exterior steps/landings
