About the Project
ROIL Projects Inc were contracted by Kichton Contracting LTD. Out of Acheson, Alberta to provide picker services to assist with accessing an underwater pump for servicing on Slave Lake, Alberta. The team travelled to the lake with ‘Sonic”, one of our smaller 3-ton picker units and set up the project to be executed on the frozen lake surface. Our experience and team of engineers make this project safe and manageable. We are proud to provide solutions to complex projects.
Usage
Picker Trucks & Knuckle Boom Cranes
- ROIL Projects Inc set up and removed 1500lbs ice blocks cut from the lake to allow diver access and install a new underwater raw water intake line.
- We lifted a pilot bore drill head from the water then set a 250lbs concrete block to anchor the new intake screen.
